- What is QR Enterprise?
- QR Enterprise is a business QR code platform for contact cards (vCards) and PDF documents. It covers creation, brand customization, Dynamic content updates, secure PDF hosting and scan analytics in one dashboard.
- Is QR Enterprise free to start?
- Yes. Every new account includes 3 free contact QR codes and 2 free PDF QR codes. They are real codes: you can download PNG and SVG files, print them and use the permanent Dynamic links. No payment details are required.
- What exactly do I get for free?
- 3 contact (vCard) QR codes, 2 PDF QR codes, full colour, style and logo customization, PNG and SVG downloads, permanent Dynamic links you can edit after printing, PDF documents up to 10 MB each, and scan totals for Dynamic codes.
- Does the free allowance reset?
- No. It is a one-time lifetime allowance for the account. Deleting a QR code does not give the allowance back, and signing out or returning later does not reset it.
- What happens after I use my free QR codes?
- Your existing codes keep working exactly as they are — the links stay live, the files stay downloadable and Dynamic codes stay editable. To create more codes you subscribe to a membership.
- What is the difference between a Static and a Dynamic QR code?
- A Static QR code carries the information inside the code itself, so it works without any redirect but cannot be changed after printing. A Dynamic QR code encodes a permanent QR Enterprise link, so you can update the content behind it at any time without reprinting the code.
- Can I change my contact information after printing my QR code?
- Yes, if you created a Dynamic Contact QR code — including one created with your free allowance. Edit the contact details in your dashboard and every future scan shows the updated information. Static codes cannot be changed; you would create an updated copy instead.
- Can I create a QR code for my contact details?
- Yes. QR Enterprise generates vCard QR codes containing names, job title, company, phone numbers, WhatsApp, email addresses, website, address, notes and social profile links.
- Does the QR code open the phone's Add Contact feature?
- Scanning a Static contact QR code hands a vCard straight to the phone, which offers to save the contact. A Dynamic contact QR code opens a QR Enterprise contact page with a Save Contact action that downloads the same vCard.
- Can I put my company logo inside the QR code?
- Yes, on free and paid accounts alike. You can place a PNG, JPEG or WebP logo in the centre of the code. QR Enterprise checks the logo size and error correction level so the code stays scannable.
- Can I customize QR code colours?
- Yes. You choose the foreground and background colours, or a transparent background, and the platform warns you when a colour combination has too little contrast to scan reliably.
- Can I download my free QR codes?
- Yes. Free QR codes are final production files: high-resolution PNG and true vector SVG, ready for print. Nothing is watermarked.
- Can I create a QR code for a PDF?
- Yes. PDF QR codes are always Dynamic: the code points to a permanent QR Enterprise link that serves your document from private storage. Free accounts get 2 PDF QR codes with documents up to 10 MB each.
- Can I replace a PDF without changing the QR code?
- Yes, including on free PDF QR codes. Uploading a replacement keeps the same printed QR code and the same link; the old file is removed from storage. Replacing a document does not use another free allowance.
- Can I track QR code scans?
- Dynamic QR codes record scans, including contact saves and PDF opens and downloads. Free accounts see scan totals; a membership adds the device, browser and country breakdowns. Static codes cannot be tracked because nothing is resolved through our servers.
- How much does QR Enterprise cost?
- Starting is free. A membership is USD 200 for 6 months or USD 300 for 12 months. Optional storage add-ons are USD 25 per month for Storage Plus and USD 50 per month for Storage Pro.
- What is included in the 6-month plan?
- Unlimited Static Contact QR, Dynamic Contact QR and Dynamic PDF QR codes, colour customization, company logo inside the QR, brand presets, QR history, full Dynamic QR analytics, the customer dashboard and the standard storage entitlement with a 15 MB maximum per PDF, billed every 6 months.
- What is included in the 12-month plan?
- Exactly the same features as the 6-month plan, billed every 12 months for USD 300 — USD 100 less than two consecutive 6-month periods.
- What happens when my subscription ends?
- Access continues until the end of the period you paid for. After that your codes, links and files stay in place and keep working; creating new codes beyond the free allowance requires renewing.
- What PDF size can I upload?
- Free accounts can upload documents up to 10 MB each, with 20 MB of storage in total. With a membership it is up to 15 MB per document on the standard entitlement, 40 MB with Storage Plus and 100 MB with Storage Pro.
