QR code business cards that stay up to date
Put a vCard QR code on your business card so people save your contact details in one scan — and change those details later without reprinting a single card.
Every new account includes 3 contact QR codes and 2 PDF QR codes, free. These are complete, downloadable, printable codes — not watermarked previews. Dynamic codes created for free keep their permanent link and stay editable. The free allowance is once per account and does not reset. Free PDF documents are limited to 10 MB each with 20 MB of storage in total, and analytics show scan totals rather than the full breakdowns.
Why a digital business card code beats printed details alone
A phone camera reads the code and opens a ready-to-save contact with your name, job title, company, phone numbers, email, website and address.
A Dynamic business card code keeps the same printed image. Change your phone number or job title and every card already in circulation points to the new details.
Set the code colours, add your logo in the centre and pick a shape style, with contrast and quiet-zone checks so the code still scans reliably.
Dynamic cards record scans over time, so you can tell which event, print run or campaign actually gets used.
Download sharp vector and high-resolution image files sized for business cards, badges, signage and email signatures.
Anyone with a modern phone camera can scan it. No app to install, on either side.
Static or Dynamic: which one belongs on your card?
The contact details are built into the code itself. It works forever and never depends on a link, but changing anything means printing a new code.
The code points to a short permanent link you control. Edit your details any time and record scans, while the printed code stays exactly the same.
How to make a QR code business card
- 1
Create a free account and choose the contact card type.
- 2
Enter the details you want on the card: name, role, company, phone, email, website and address.
- 3
Pick Static for details that never change, or Dynamic so you can edit them later.
- 4
Style the code with your colours and logo, and check the live preview.
- 5
Download the print file and add it to your card, badge or signature.
Good to know before printing
- Keep the code at least 2 cm wide on a printed card so phones lock on quickly.
- Leave clear space around the code — the preview flags a quiet zone that is too tight.
- Dark code on a light background scans best; the contrast check warns you if it won't.
- Test the printed proof with more than one phone before ordering a full run.
Start with your own card
Create your contact QR code, style it to match your brand and download a print-ready file. You can upgrade later for higher limits and longer scan history.
