A QR code menu your guests scan at the table
Print one code on every table. Swap the menu for lunch, dinner, drinks or seasonal specials from your dashboard — the printed QR never changes, so you stop reprinting every time a price moves.
Every new account includes 3 contact QR codes and 2 PDF QR codes, free. These are complete, downloadable, printable codes — not watermarked previews. Dynamic codes created for free keep their permanent link and stay editable. The free allowance is once per account and does not reset. Free PDF documents are limited to 10 MB each with 20 MB of storage in total, and analytics show scan totals rather than the full breakdowns.
Why restaurants use a QR code menu
Print the same QR code on a table tent or menu card. Guests scan it with their phone camera and your menu opens instantly in the browser — no app to install.
A QR code menu is Dynamic: the printed code points to a permanent link you control. Switch between lunch, dinner, drinks and seasonal menus from your dashboard and the code stays the same.
Prices, sold-out items and new dishes update the moment you save them. Customers always see the current menu, so you stop apologising for last season's prices.
Dynamic menu codes record scans over time, so you know which tables are busiest and whether the specials board is pulling traffic.
Set the foreground and background colours, drop your logo in the centre, and pick a module shape. Contrast checks make sure the code still scans under table lighting.
Download high-resolution PNG and true vector SVG files for table tents, counter stickers, menu cards, window signs and takeaway packaging.

Where a QR code menu works
Full-service restaurants
Replace printed menus with a scannable code on each table. Run lunch, dinner and specials from the same printed code.
Cafés and bakeries
Update the chalkboard-style daily menu in seconds. Customers scan once and see the current offering.
Bars and cocktail lounges
Keep a drinks menu behind one code. Add happy-hour pricing or rotate seasonal cocktails without reprinting the menu book.
Food trucks and pop-ups
Print one durable sticker for the service window. Change the menu each location or event without new print runs.
Hotels and room service
Place a code by the phone in every room. Update the breakfast, room-service and spa menus centrally — no reprint per season.
Catering and events
Hand a printed card to each guest. Swap the menu when courses change, and let dietary information live behind the same code.
Tips for printing a menu QR code
- Print the code at least 2.5 cm wide on a table tent so phones lock on quickly in low light.
- Leave clear space around the code equal to the width of one module — the preview flags a tight quiet zone.
- Use a dark code on a light background; the contrast check warns you when a colour pair won't scan.
- Keep the logo under 20% of the code area so error correction can still recover the data.
- Laminate table tents — a glossy smudge on a matte code is the most common reason a menu stops scanning.
- Test the printed proof with more than one phone model before a full print run across every table.
